Philadelphia, July 28, 2005 – Electric Factory Concerts is proud to announce that Pearl Jam will perform at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia on Monday, October 3rd. Tickets for this show will go on sale Saturday, August 6th at 10am EDT at the EFC & Wachovia box office, all Ticketmaster locations, online at ticketmaster.com, and charge-by-phone via Ticketmaster at (215) 336.2000, (856) 338.9000, (302) 984.2000. Tickets for this show are $48.00 plus applicable building fees and service charges. There is a 4 ticket transaction limit.

I’m not sure who this person is, but wow is this a cool ppt presentation. Basically, the author is saying that video game marketing/promotion/retail is killing the video game market. Indie markets should rule this field, but they don’t. great ideas, give the article a read.

Metroblogging Boston: It’s so freakin’ HOT!
Whew its hot! I’m happy I watered all the babies before I settled in for a long day of … websurfing and stuff.
Tomorrow I get some fun oral surgery - I promise not to take pictures. I’ll probably spend the day on the couch watching bad movies. Any suggestions?
Thursday the former lead singer of Soul Coughing, Mike Doughty will be playing for free in Copley Square. I’ll be there assuming my teeth aren’t killing me.
