While procrastinating this morning, I ran into a post on Becoming a Writer Seriously which linked to this great blog post by Jeff Vandermeer: Ecstatic Days » Blog Archive » How to Write a Novel in Two Months The advice which he marks as Writing Related is really good stuff, I recommend it.

I’ve been working on creating a daily “habit” of writing - I write an hour a day, and it has been working well for me. Need to keep it up, however I think I’ll be giving myself this weekend off. We are off to Atlantic City to gamble, eat, drink and, most importantly, remember my Father on the one year anniversary of his passing. Prosit to you, Dad.

Now, however, I regretfully must go back to work. MS/MS in java waits for no one.
